“A non-consecutive forever” – a love story starring Casey and Tim

These two cuties were high school sweethearts, four years of dating, prom- the whole shebang! Yet, for college they went their separate ways. Little did they know three years down the line, they would reconnect in San Francisco. Their love quickly rekindled and the rest, as they say, is history!

Which brings us to present day. Where should we shoot this special couple? Mountains? Maybe. No, no- desert! Hmmm, maybe Malibu? No, let’s revisit the mountain idea! Then Tim chimed in the with the suggestion of the Cabazon Dinosaurs. Of course! How did we not think of that sooner?! It was the perfect location for this fun couple. And since we were so close, we hopped over for a barefoot, sandy shoot at the wind farms in Palm Springs- a longtime dream of mine!

Shooting with Casey and Tim was effortless and an absolute pleasure. Although they admitted to being nervous and out of their element, one would have never known. Casey, Tim and I (and of course their little pup, Scarlet) couldn’t agree more when we say that we had a fun-filled afternoon, complete with laughter, one and adventure.Together we created a beautiful engagement session in the remarkable light of the desert.

Although their wedding date (March), venue (SmogShoppe in Los Angeles) and guest list (now just family) has been changed (no thanks to covid!)- the love, light and fire that these two have will definitely not change. Stay tuned for pictures from their intimate backyard family wedding next month!
