“Persistence is key.” These are the words Danielle and Chris use to describe their relationship. They met almost a decade ago and dated here and there, but it took time until things really settled- and the result?! This beautiful fresh relationship, complete with love, sincerity, their pups and of course- persistence! I think it is a lovely lesson and shows their strong drive and motivation.
The three of us (well five if you include those adorable puppies) met at a gorgeous San Diego Brewery. I had the absolute pleasure of capturing their raw love and the essence o their relationship. Looking through the pictures, I love seeing how playful and energizing their love is. Beer, and pizza, and puppies made for quite the incredible first half. But then a quick outfit change and a new location and arguably a better second half- frolicking through the fields of Fiesta Island and chasing each other through the bay waters. They were truly remarkable to work with and we all had a blast! Bring on the wedding celebrations!

The first photo you included is absolutely amazing. It kinda gave me chills because of all the little subtleties and is gorgeous in black and white. The slight tilt of the umbrella, the wall paint, their converse, finished pizza plates, and the doggos you can just barely see peeking from beneath the table.
And oh my gosh, their pups are adorable!! You captured them so well and you KNOW they’re wanting some of that delish pizza!
It looks like you captured them on an ordinary date out, and did it beautifully. My favorite images are definitely the first one, and them running through the water. Really love this collection <3
