Have you ever had that feeling when you meet someone new, that you’ve actually known them forever, even though it’s only been a few minutes? So that is what it was like to work with these two. It was just totally effortless- they got me and I got them. But it wasn’t just with me- this is their story too. They fell for each other hard and fast and everything fell into place quite naturally. Their love is deep and unique. Their similarities- like love of dogs, the desert (YES!!), and the fact that they are both family oriented, really solidified their commitment to each other.

Madyson and Ty were up for anything like climbing on rocks and old logs and running barefoot down a rocky path. But I have to admit, my favorite part of the whole day was when we finally busted out Ty’s motorcycle. The session was so fun and loving and cute, but once the motorcycle came out there was such a shift in energy. All of a sudden, it felt more calm and genuine- it just felt truly them! I didn’t need give any guidance or feedback- it just happened so naturally from there. It was like their bodies and faces and interactions just knew what to do. It was motorcycle magic!

Next year I have the absolute honor and pleasure of capturing their wedding in Las Vegas. And, just based on their engagement session, I have a little feeling that we are going to have the best time ever!
