I am so excited to share this blog post with you guys today! This was an idea I had had in my head for a couple of years! Finally, I was able to pull it together with the help of some amazing vendors. A couple of years ago I walked into a local plant and home goods store here in San Diego called Botanica, It was where I saw the most beautiful vintage Triumph Motorcycle. Immediately this whole shoot just appeared in my head. So right then and there I decided to set up this styled elopement. I had worked with BHLDN wedding dresses before and I knew that would be perfect for this. As I was trying to pick out the dress style I realized, No one seems to want to highlight the fun short white dress, and then I found this perfect fringe thigh length dress.

I called all my favorite San Diego Vendors and we put this thing together. For anyone thinking they might want to elope, whatever your reason is. I fully support you. I think there are so many advantages to eloping, the main reason for me is being able to choose a location that means something to you. For me, that’s the desert. it’s just such a peaceful magical place, for this shoot we chose Anza Borego.

How to elope

-Pick your favorite location

-Hire a badass photographer (desert born studios) 😉

– find your outfit (this does not have to be a white dress)

– Get some stunning florals

– bring one person with you that is legally able to marry you.
